Method Made is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how you are in control of your data when using our Microsoft Azure Managed Application
 

1. Architecture and Data Residency

Method Made is an Azure Managed Application. This means:
 

• Your Data Stays With You: All resources (Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults) are deployed directly into your Azure subscription. By default we do not have access
   

• BYOC (Bring your own Cloud): You pay Method Made for the managed application, and you pay Microsoft separately for the underlying resources used.

• Single Tenant Deployment: Rest assured against nosy neighbours
   

2. No Access to Data by Default

 

By default, we do not have access to your deployment of the Managed Application. In order for us to provide technical support, you must explicily grant us permission in Azure. You remain in the driver's seat from the time of deployment.​
 

If you do grant us access, we use our management access strictly for the agreed upon activity, which may include:
 

• Deployment Validation: Ensuring the application installs correctly in your environment.
   

• Support: diagnosing error logs when you contact us for help.
   

• Maintenance: Applying critical updates or patches to the application resources.
   

3. Artificial Intelligence and Data Privacy
 

This application utilizes Azure OpenAI on Microsoft Foundry.

4. Data Retention
 

• You Control Retention: Since data is stored in your Azure subscription, you control how long it is kept. You may delete the application and all associated data at any time via the Azure Portal exclusing the Azure Storage account included in the Managed Resource Group. The storage account may not be deleted due to it's Write Once Read Many policy.
   

• Your Data Stays After Our Contract: Since you own your data, you will still have access to it even if our contract ends, or we go out of business.
